Atty. Rizza L. Vasquez is the Founding Counsel of RLV Law Office. She manages a diverse legal practice including real estate, civil, and criminal law. She likewise actively handles labor and corporate cases.

She began her legal career in 2025 at a law firm in Quezon City, where she gained valuable experience in real estate, civil, and criminal litigation, as well as corporate practice, dispute resolution, and immigration law. As a result, she now provides practical, strategic, and client-focused legal solutions for a wide range of legal concerns.

At present, Atty. Vasquez actively handles and represents clients in real estate transactions and disputes, annulment of marriage proceedings, property disputes, civil litigation, labor and employment matters, corporate matters, and criminal cases, delivering responsive and results-oriented legal counsel.

Atty. Vasquez has extensive experience in real estate transactions. In 2019, she became a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser. Notably, she ranked among the top examinees in both licensure exams. She placed 9th in the June 2019 Real Estate Broker exam and 5th in the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser exam.

In 2018, Atty. Rizza earned her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from New Era University. Following this, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation in 2024. She ranked in the top seven of her class and joined the Philippine Bar that same year.
